About Chester

I lived this exact problem for two years. Then I built the fix.

For two years I was waking up 30 minutes before I had to work because my body was begging for more sleep. No breakfast. No thinking time. Behind by 8am.

I'd read the same sentence five times before it processed. Push client calls to 11am because I knew my brain wouldn't function any earlier. I was stopping breathing 30 times an hour in my sleep. And honestly? I had no idea.

Then I got diagnosed. AHI of 30. Severe sleep apnea.

The CPAP helped. It didn't fix it. My REM was still 32 minutes a night. Deep sleep, 34. Treatment alone wasn't enough, and that's exactly why most operators stay stuck. So I used my clinical training, tested every protocol on myself, and engineered a system around what actually worked for someone running a business.

Inside 12 months, my income more than doubled. I started waking at 5am, getting four hours of deep work done before anyone else was up. Brain fog gone. REM averaging 1h 30, deep sleep around 1h 45. The same numbers I help my clients build toward.

That's why I built this. To get operators back to full output using what actually worked when nothing else did.

Common questions

How much time does this take each week?
About 5 minutes a day for the diary, 10 minutes a week for the review, and a 30-minute call every two weeks in Month 1, then monthly. Built deliberately for people running a business with kids and a calendar that doesn't quit. If it took two hours a day, no operator would finish it.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see meaningful changes in their wearable data within 7 to 14 days. Joe, Kevin, and Gemma all hit big shifts in week one or two. Subjective changes (sharper mornings, stable afternoon energy) usually arrive in week 2 or 3. The full system runs 90 days because the foundations need that long to lock in.
Do I need a wearable device?
No, but I work with the one you've already got. Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, Sleep Cycle. The data is the feedback loop. If you don't have one, we can still run the system using subjective tracking. It just runs slightly slower.
How is this different from a sleep clinic?
Sleep clinics are designed for clinical disorders (apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia at the diagnostic threshold). The protocol is fixed. They hand you a printout and you don't see them again for three months. I run a 90-day 1:1 system built for the way operators actually live: messages on WhatsApp daily, plan adjustments in real-time, calls every fortnight. Clinical-grade thinking, founder-grade delivery.
What if I have sleep apnea or another diagnosed condition?
I had sleep apnea myself. Diagnosed and treated. I know that world. The system is designed to complement clinical treatment, not replace it. We talk through your specific situation on the audit call.

Is this clinical treatment or NHS affiliated?
No. This is independent coaching. The work I do with you is private and falls outside the NHS. If at any point on the audit I think you need clinical care, I'll tell you and point you to the right route.
